Your First Session

There is no expectation to share everything at once — you set the pace. This initial meeting helps us understand what feels important for you right now and how we can work together in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

The Counselling Process

Counselling is a positive and evolving journey. Over time, you may find yourself gaining new perspectives, feeling more confident in your decisions, and experiencing more emotional ease. Some sessions may be reflective, others may be energising, and some may bring meaningful realisations. Each step contributes to your overall growth and wellbeing.


Pace and Duration

Everyone’s needs are different. Some people come for short-term support, while others prefer a longer-term space for deeper exploration. Sessions are usually weekly, but this can be adjusted to suit what feels right for you. The process is flexible, responsive, and centred around your goals.
